Michael Yee, fiction writer and copywriter, was the joint runner-up for the Short Story Day Africa prize in 2017. His story Loadshedding, won the Short.Sharp.Stories award in 2018. Born in Pretoria, he is completing his Masters in Creative Writing at UCT
