Lisa Lazarus is one half of the team that makes up the husband-and-wife writing duo, ‘Greg Lazarus‘. She is a psychologist and freelance writer. She has a master’s degree in educational psychology and a higher diploma in education, and obtained her master’s degree in creative writing at UCT. The couple co-wrote the memoir The Book of Jacob: A Journey into Parenthood (2009). They have published two novels, When in Broad Daylight I Open my Eyes (2012) and Paradise (2014). They are also the winners of the 2016 Short Sharp Stories competition for the story ‘This Could Get Messy’.
