Charisse Louw is an unabashed book/filmnerd tree-hugger. You can find her wandering in the fynbos on The Mountain or beachcombing in Noordhoek. Once upon a time she made movies in Hollywood and ran film schools in Jozi. Now she offers a bouquet of creative modalities, amongst them qi gong, meditation, process art, writing, yoga, dance. She teaches in the Visual Arts Department at Stellenbosch University and was thrilled to work with Jenna Bass at her Free Film School. She tries to make sense of it all through writing (find her on Substack @charisselouw) and by making little movies on the socials @goflow42.
