A pop-culture poetry workshop, with Maneo Mohale.

In this workshop, we’ll be writing ekphrastic poems: poetry inspired by, or responding to, other forms of art. Bring your favourite film, the song that sets you on fire, the painting you can’t stop thinking about, the series you binged, or the sculpture that wormed its way into your dreams. We’ll be keeping an eye on popular culture, so we can play around with register, urgency, form and image.
