OBF Sept 2022 | PODCASTS

Thank you to all who joined us for the September festival – it was an incredible 3 days!

For those who couldn’t make it, or for those who had to make a difficult decisions between one conversation and another, be sure to access the recordings of the events (available as podcasts and on our youtube channel).

Emotions ran high – certainly ours did – at the Festival this September. Open Book has always been a time where difficult subjects are discussed with honesty and openness, and where one can shift between laughter and tears in the blink of an eye. The additional layer this year was returning to a space we thought we had lost to the pandemic.

The HCC Homecoming Centre opened it doors to us, and while we miss the team we worked with in the past, it was wonderful to find ourselves back in that space. Our thanks go to the people who welcomed us in, and who ensured that events ran smoothly and professionally.

Our thanks must also go to all who joined us – on and off stage – without you, conversation is impossible!
