Not Long Now…

The third edition of Open Book is just around the corner – 5 days of exciting, thought provoking and entertaining book related events that are not to be missed!
The full programme will be available to the public in early August, but we are delighted to announce that the programme for Poetica (running on the 7th September) is live on our website as well as on Webtickets!
Curated by Toni Stuart, Poetica kicks off with ‘Pen as Sword: Poetry as a Tool for Social Change’ and closes with the ‘Open Book Poetry Slam’.

Another highlight to watch out for is the Open Book Comics Fest programme which will be running from the Homecoming Centre (immediately adjacent to the Fugard Theatre), on the 7th and 8th September before shifting to Central Library for 2 days of workshops.

For a complete list of all authors who will be involved in the festival, please visit the Open Book website.
If you would like further details about the festival, please contact Frankie (frankie@openbookfestival.co.za).
