DJ Suga is one of South Africa’s most recognised Radio and TV personalities. Starting out as a late night presenter at Good Hope FM, Suga worked her way to becoming the first female DJ to have a Primetime weekday show on commercial music format radio in Cape Town. Suga was also the first woman to host a weekday Breakfast Show in South Africa. She joined Heart 104.9FM in April 2011 and is currently the only female Afternoon Drive presenter in Cape Town.
