Sino Hashe is the Community Reading Programme Facilitator at Little Zebra Books. With a background in teaching and a deep passion for literacy, she brings stories to life through interactive storytelling that actively engages listeners. Sino is currently completing her MEd in Applied Language and Literacy Studies at UCT and is committed to nurturing a love of reading in our communities.
Little Zebra Books is a Cape Town based non-profit organisation dedicated to inspiring children across Africa to develop a love for reading. We create and distribute high-quality, culturally rich children’s books in African languages, helping to promote literacy in print-scarce communities. Since 2013, more than 1.5 million books have been shared with children across Southern Africa.
