Sihle Bolani is an author, strategist, facilitator and advocate for the Equality of Black Women in the workplace. Her book We Are The Ones We Need: The War on Black Professionals in Corporate South Africa looks at race-related discrimination in the workplace. Her professional experience has included work at some of South Africa’s top corporate organisations. In 2013 she co-founded The Leading Women Series, a series of events designed to provide a platform for women to share knowledge. In 2014, she established Sihle Bolani Communications, a specialist Brand Communication consultancy. She also facilitates a number of workshops for various organisations. She is passionate about issues pertaining to women and youth and works to continue finding ways to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives in any way she can.
