Paul McNally is a journalist living in Johannesburg. He is the Founding Director of The Citizen Justice Network, an award-winning media innovation that trains community paralegals to be radio journalists. CJN is committed to reporting stories on social justice from rural areas in local languages. McNally produces feature articles and narrative radio documentaries for Wits Journalism on criminal justice, health and science. He has a Masters in creative writing and is a Knight Visiting Nieman Fellow at Harvard. The Street is McNally’s first book.
