Kealeboga Mase Ramaru is a Black African feminist organiser and activist dedicated to advancing social justice, equity, and feminist movement building. Her work is rooted in strengthening collective power, centring marginalised voices, and fostering community-led transformation. With over a decade of experience in education, feminist organising and LGBTQ+ rights advocacy, she has held various roles as the Deputy Co-Head at Equal Education and Programme Manager at the African Gender Institute. Currently, she works as a donor
practitioner as the Democracy and Social Justice Programme Manager at the Heinrich Boell Foundation Cape Town office. As part of her passion work, she supports grassroots initiatives
and movements organising in rural communities through skills exchanges and strategic support.
