Ella Scheepers is an independent consultant and activist working at the intersections of social justice, social innovation and law. She has over 10 years of experience with social justice and human rights organisations, philanthropic institutions, and more recently social innovation approaches to social change.
Scheepers work has included exploring unconventional partnerships and innovative approaches to organisational management and sustainability, project integration, strategic planning, grant-making, and network-building across sectors. She has worked in a range of areas in the development sector advancing social justice struggles concerning sex work, HIV and AIDS and social innovation for social change, and is involved in various literary projects written by African queer women and activists.
She hold a BA Honours in Law & International Relations from Rhodes University, and an MBA from UCT Graduate School of Business.
