Dinga Sikwebu is a member of the interim National Working Committee (NWC) of the United Front elected at the front’s Preparatory Assembly in December 2014. From the time that the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (Numsa) resolved in the union’s December 2013 Special National Congress to build a United Front and explore the establishment of the Movement for Socialism, he has been coordinating the implementation of these resolutions. Before then he was Numsa’s Head of Education; a position he was appointed onto in 1995.
