Danielle Bischoff was born in Pretoria in 1985 and lives in Cape Town. She studied Photography at the Ruth Prowse School of Art in Cape Town and Graduated in 2012 achieving a National Diploma. She has worked professionally in the film, photographic and theatre industry and has always had a passion for the visual arts. In 2013 she exhibited her work ‘Lucky’ at the AVA Gallery in Cape Town. She is a Western Cape finalist in the 2015 Barclays L’Atelier Art Competition. In May 2015 she will be taking part in a group show called ‘Current’ at Smith Studio. Together with Rob van Vuuren, she is the co-writer and director of Florence and Watson.
