Dalena Theron is an award-winning journalist who holds degrees in journalism and social anthropology from the University of Pretoria. She also writes short stories in her spare time. Born in KwaZulu-Natal, she has lived and worked in Pretoria and São Paulo, and currently lives in Cape Town. The Paper House is her first novel.
