Chase Rhys

Chase Rhys is a twenty-nine-year-old playwright from Ocean View. He studied drama at UCT and is one of the collaborators at Boderlands – a community project that uses the arts to create encounters between segregated communities. His debut play, Kinnes, was the inaugural winner of the Adam and Rosalie Small Prize in 2017. He has since published Kinnes as a novel.
