Abigail Mbalo is the founder and creative director of 4roomed eKasi Culture. She worked as a dental technologist for 17 years but has swapped her laboratory coat for an apron after participating in MasterChef South Africa. Her company comprises of a fine dining restaurant, a food truck and a takeaway outlet, and promotes township and rural tourism.
