Walter Geach is a chartered accountant and an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. He is currently based at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Kwazulu Natal. He has published a number of books and will be talking and answering questions about Companies and other Business Structures in South Africa 2ed, which he co-authored and edited.
