Stuart Cairns is a Cape Town based comedian. His stand- up has been described as enigmatic, incorporating a combination of rant, impersonation and self effacement. Cairns won the 2014 Good Hope FM Laughmaster Competition and subsequently performed at the 10th annual Jive Funny Fest. He is also the producer of Down in the Basement and part of a collective who run Comedy On A Roll. 2014 also saw him open for Emmy nominated Mojak Lehoko.
In 2015 Stuart co-produced, co-wrote, co directed and performed in critically acclaimed two man comedy show “The Plot Hole.” Cairns has also regularly appeared on Internet, radio and TV platforms talking comedy and being hilarious. He is also a regular act at Cape Town Comedy Club.
