Kwazi Ndlangisa, the Executive Director and co-founder of Pot Of Art is a multi-award-winning performance poet and activist based in Durban. He is an actor, MC, creative writer, arts facilitator, arts events coordinator, nguni folk musician rooted in the deep rural areas of UMzimkhulu.
In 2017 Kwazi Ndlangisa produced a DVD in which he featured legends in African Jazz Industry like Madala Kunene, Mabi Thobejane and Tim Zondi. He starred in the film Elangabini Lomlilo and was crowned a Slam Champion by DFL Lover+Another in a National Poetry Challenge in 2017. In 2016 he won KZN Young Achievers Award – Best Poet and recently won the Word N Sound Award – Perfect Poem.
He has performed in local and international arts festivals including 6th annual Maun International Arts Festival, Maritzburg Social Justice Film and Arts Festival, Grahamstown National Arts Festival and 7th annual Word N Sound Festival.
