Khaya Dlanga is a highly regarded author, blogger and the chief marketing officer and group exco member for rain. He has many advertising awards, including several Loeries, a Gold Cannes Lion, a Black Eagle and honorary membership in the University of the Witwatersrand Chapter’s Golden Key Award. In 2012 he published In My Arrogant Opinion as part of Picador Africa’s The Youngsters series. His memoir, To Quote Myself, was published in 2015. These Things Really do Happen to Me, more tales from his stranger-than-fiction life, was published in 2018.
