David Schmidt is director of Strategies for Change. He is a strategy and innovation consultant with an extensive history of working with public and private sector organisations on vision, strategy and change. He has deep experience in facilitating creative and innovative solutions to complex and conflictual problem situations.
Schmidt has previously worked for the City of Cape Town, facilitating its transition to a non-racial local government system and overseeing new urban policies, notably in the transport sector.
